Maarten Mobach, Jr. ARM MBA, Chairman of the Board

Maarten is an Economist and Founder and Managing Director of Global Project Management and Consulting Services, LLC (“GPMCS”).  Maarten has in excess of 30 years of experience working with highly diversified global clientele and is very well networked across the world. His background includes activities involving Mergers and Acquisitions, Risk Management, Project Management, Offshore- and Captive Insurance company management.  Maarten managed Insurance Captive entities with up to $2.5 Billion in assets.

Maarten has held management positions with major US and European companies including Fortune 500 companies, and was involved in several major acquisitions in Europe as in the USA.  Since 1995 Maarten has been focused on China government and trade relations between completing successful negotiations with major Chinese corporations. Maarten has worked with major Chinese SOE’s, Insurance companies and Chinese financial Institutions. For years Maarten has been involved with the US –China Chamber of Commerce with a position on the Board of the same entity and still well connected with this organization.

Maarten’s experience includes large international projects in Alternative Energy, infrastructure, Construction, Oil and Gas, Finance and Banking Groups operating around the world.

 

Steven Pinkert, MD, JD, MBA, President

Steven Pinkert holds a Masters Degree in International Business and a Law degree from the University of Miami. He has an excellent scientific and technical background with both a medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School and as a licensed Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, DC. His patent work includes electronic software and hardware, mechanical devices, imaging, and radiation devices. He is the Managing Partner of the Pinkert and Marsh a boutique law firm located in Coral Gables, Florida.

Steven Pinkert’s business ventures include computer software and hardware development, medical radiation facilities, international import and export, and large scale energy and infrastructure projects. Mr. Pinkert’s international business consulting focuses on China, the Caribbean and Latin America. He has served as an advisor and consultant for many international ventures including, Chinese market entry and joint ventures, Chinese funding for global projects, Chinese product manufacture and distribution into Latin America, wind and solar energy projects, radiation treatment facilities, trade, logistic and free zone center development, hospital development, and amusement and entertainment park development. He has been an active developer and owner of medical facilities and has represented many clients in their acquisition and financing of large scale medical equipment.

Steven Pinkert is Chairman of the Board of Signum US Healthcare Inc., a company   developing radiotherapy centers as joint ventures with Chinese State owned hospitals in China. Mr. Pinkert travels to Asia frequently with almost 40 visits in the past five years. He has an extensive network of relationships with Chinese government officials, Chinese Trade officials, Chinese financial institutions and Chinese market entry experts.

 

Victor Bao, Chief Marketing Officer

Victor has been at the helm of the leading marketing company, The Valorem Group, since 2001.  Prior to joining Valorem Victor spent over 20 years working in Global Marketing.  He spent eleven years working in Europe for UPS and then Creatur S.A. handling inbound programs, and then Maritz Spain developing regional incentive programs for General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Ricoh and BUPA to name a few.  In the United States he was head of Marketing for Club Med’s 125 global resorts.  Victor has been consulting to major corporations operating in Latin America, Europe and China for nearly two decades and has been involved in pricing policies for imported products, inventory control methods and logistics as well as sales and marketing across the region. Victor also consulted on strategic partnerships with Latin American governments for CBS Television.

Victor has spent 11 years as a Professor at Florida International University where he teaches Marketing Strategy, and 2 years at the University of Miami where he taught market research.  His is currently completing a case study that will be used as the base to teach the first social media course at FIU’s Business and Hospitality Schools. He sat for 8 years as the advisor to Miami Beach Mayor the honorable Dermer He was appointed to the Cultural Affairs Council of Miami-Dade County. He is also a former Candidate for The Florida State House of Representatives and a former U.S. Marine. He holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami.

 

Kang Yujie

With a graduate degree in clinical medicine and international finance Kang has worked in commerce since 1991 heading organizations such as the Free Trade Zone International cooperation projects of ports of Tianjin which belongs to Tianjin Government, she also assisted and facilitated the free trade zone of Tianjin and Greenville South Carolina became to sister city and assist to build Tianjin Industrial Park in South Carolina.

She planned and participated in the preparation of an international automobile exhibition center project of free trade zone in 2003, Blue Sea Pacific Environment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. Project and facilitated the cooperation between Blue Sea Pacific Environment Co., Ltd and the Free Trade Zone Materials Joint Corporation. Incorporation the Tianjin Pacific Environment Co., Ltd and China Environment Strategic Co., Ltd. making certain that the government approve a project following the procedures for the government.

Kang also lead hosted Chinese-American health care training project implementation in 2002.  She planned and participated in acquisitions, investments, equity about Shanghai ShangKeShi Real Estate Company and Tianjin TianLian Gas Company and Tianjin International Automobile Trading Center and Tianjin Materials Group overseas company. Kang also collaborated the trade cooperation between International Business Department and Ministry of Commerce of Cuba
